St John's Infant, Rock Ferry Learning about Jubilee Year

We have been learning all about our special Jubilee year at St John’s for the last 2 weeks as a whole school topic.

F2 – have been sharing how to show hope with others and have sent gifts to the parish.

Y1 – have been learning how we can live sustainably and look after God’s world

Y2 – have focused on how to be peacemakers and have written prayers of peace for Pope Francis and Bishop Mark. They have also come up with their own definitions for our school value, based on the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Together we have created a ‘Tree of Hope’ to show how we can share hope and what our hopes for the Jubilee Year might be.
